Most custom homes run 8 to 14 months from permit approval to final walkthrough. Lot condition and the scope of the home move that range. We give you a realistic schedule before we start.

Walk-Through & Plan
If the fit feels right, we come to you — your lot, your existing home, or wherever the project lives. Scott walks the site, talks through what's possible and what it will really take, and brings back a transparent plan: real drawings, real selections, and real numbers tied to each. No vague allowances that turn into surprise change orders later.

Build, Week by Week
Once plans and contract are signed, our small crew gets to work. Scott leads the hands-on build, Tonya keeps the schedule and paperwork tight, and you get a weekly walk-through with a clear picture of where we are, what's next, and any decisions still to make. Every week, not just when something goes wrong.

Walkthrough & Follow-Through
When the work is done, we do a detailed final walkthrough together: punch list, written warranty, and thorough clean-up. A few months in, we check back. For us, finishing a job isn't the same as ending the relationship. We want you calling us a year later about a sticky door, and we'll actually pick up.
